“The servicewas perfectct”

“Not up to German standards”
Coffee maker worked occasionally during our one week stay. No soap in shower dispenser, coffee not refilled every day, wake up call on last day never came, possibly the room phone wasn’t working. “Good, but used to be (much) better”
The rooms are becoming more and more spartan: the air conditioning is gone (heating only), the coffee makers are gone, the refrigerators are gone ... only the breakfast remains at a high level. The attitude of the staff at the reception ranges from warmly welcoming to grossly indolent.

“Fine for short business stay”
Very pleasant and helpful staff are the main positive of this hotel, rooms are basic, clean and tidy, fine for a short stay. The air conditioning is below par so the rooms can get very warm. Inexpensive.
