“Excellent.”
A welcoming perfect hotel. Breakfasts superb. Cleaning excellent. Evening meal very limited choice. Their chips are wow. Avoid the best room which has very steep stairs inside. Our room 217 was excellent.

“Good stay”
In total it's a nice hotel, very clean, everything is intact and comfortable, yet especially the rooms could use some upgrades, they look a little outdated. The location is great, right in the city center and the staff is very friendly.

“big room but old”
Big room, everything you need is there, beautiful view on the porta negra, but worn, old fashioned. the restaurant was also not open, which was a disadvantage
