“Fantastic stay in Hamburg”
This was a first class stay in Hamburg the room was excellent and the staff fantastic and helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and so much choice for every taste. The location made for a fantastic stay in Hamburg.

love this property so much. The rooms are excellent , the spa and sauna super. Gym is very nice equipment. Location is excellent. The best part of the stay in the heritage bar. The place to stay in Hamburg. Wonderful views of the lake. walking distance to the train station and main central areas in Hamburg. Wonderful bathtub with views of the lake, as the balcony has French Doors.

We had a lake facing deluxe room - whilst it was beautiful waking up to the lake (especially when the sun is shining), one can’t really open the door because of the traffic noise. “Rip off breakfast”
Fine, but watch out for breakfast rip off. I was ticked off the list at restaurant reception as if breakfast was included. I had a coffee and a croissant from the ok but nothing special buffet and was then presented with a €44 bill! Was for work, so not even my money but is absolute daylight rob… more
