Mercure Hamburg City Mitte: It is a lovely hotel. And this is only the cause of the employer lidel from reception... she was very helpful, kind, respectful and natural!!! We are happy with the décision of staing in mercure city Mitte. See you next time :)

“Perfectly fine but perhaps not for elderly old school tourists.”
The warm helpful reception staff made our stay pleasurable. The hotel is basic, clean and reasonably well situated - taxis booked through reception came in good time and cost 14 euros to most attractions. Breakfast at 25 euros per person was too costly.
