This accommodation is receptionless! After booking one should receive an email with access pin to get into the hotel. We didn't get this email. On arrival we were surprised that one could only call a number to get assistance. However once we explained the problem of the missing email, instructions were given and we could get the room no. and pin and into our accommodation. A bit stressful, as we hadn't been aware to look out for the email in the first place. - Once we got over this hurdle, the stay was great, comfy beds, delicious breakfast, modern room with complimentary beers and lemonade waiting for us. Everything was clean, only the bathroom bin was still stuffed from the previous occupants. But then, the soap, shampoo and conditioner were glorious!

Hamburg, For years I was connected with this great city. Due to my work and my family visit. This time choose My4walls, apartment on 10th floor, nice view. Apartment is for 2 people. It's clean, good shower heads 1 big one and small one. There is a kitchen, induction plate, strange you need to pay when use, no pots or pans to cook and even no plates..(?) I noticed the induction could not switch on..I think you need to pay fee at the reception...(?).. nevertheless the microwave worked, it is possible if you want to heat up. A fridge is built inside kitchen..handy for some drinks and food. On the ground floor they offer breakfast , diner you can prepare by your self ..cost extra fee. Or just go out side for breakfast/lunch or diner. On the opper side of the street , Hotel Holiday Inn has a Bar and restaurant..it's a free world... The pillows are very thin no extra ones. I had some issues to get into sleep because of the thin pillow.The apartment looks and feels luxury. If you are by car there is a private parking..costs 15 euros for 1 day. I parked just on the street side..it's free..but you need to have a parking place available can be busy specially during the week, the location of this apartment is between office building so employees also parking . Advice to travel in weekend it is less crowded. I Went for a weekend trip with my son to visit Planetarium, Great experience about the Galaxy! It's a 15 min walk through the "Stadt Park", nice play ground for children. If you are sporty you can run miles around...for the more relaxed ones enough space and rest for a walk in the park. The "U bahn" ( public transport) is nearby. Yes, I recommend this My4walls. Maybe I will come back

“Good, but maintenance seems an issue”

Stayed at Numa Fore for several weeks with the family. Stayed at Numa Fore for several weeks with the family. Rooms are good, but even the largest room (XL Studio) is tight for 4 people (we got an extra mattress, as the sofa bed is good for one smaller child, but not for 2 children or even adults). The weekly room cleaning was mediocre; they did the bedding (one week only half of the beds though) and put new towels in the room. But no further cleaning. The cleaning staff (only English speaking) were friendly throughout though. The “essentials cupboard” is nice, as you are free any time to stock up on e.g. coffee pods. A huge problem seems to be the maintenance. I got several eMails during our stay stating that e.g. the elevators are out of order, the main entrance door was not working etc. The washing room was closed for 2+ weeks due to plumbing issues (but we never saw even a single plumber working on the issue during that time). It is also unclear, while about 80 % of the rooms/studios were empty, rooms next to each other were allocated to guests. As the walls between rooms seem to be not very well sound-proofed, this is an issue.
