The room was modern, clean, and well sized. The bathroom was also spacious, with a very large walk-in shower and heated floors. “Lovely stay at Scandic”
We love Scandic hotels! We stayed at one in Stockholm and find them unbeatable for value. This hotel in Hamburg Neustadt was fab location. Close to city centre. Also in a quiet neighbourhood. “Pleasant stay. Everything was good”
Great location, rich and tasty breakfast, and very clean throughout. The gym is small but perfectly adequate. Technically, everything worked without any issues. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

“Nice hotel with a good breakfast”
Had a family room which was nice and big with good beds. The bathroom was not that big but big shower. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choices but the bread is a little dry and doesn't seems fresh baked. Easy to go to the city center and very close to U-Bahn.
