“Happy and friendly team”
Fantastic overnight stay prior to cruise. Location and hotel great but what stood out at this property is the happy and welcoming staff. Very helpful team on reception offering advice on transfers to cruise ship along with the the friendly restaurant team.

Clean, friendly, convenient. Provided free public bus transit for day. Check-in easy. Check-out super fast. Breakfast was good. Slight difficulty finding door into hotel coming in through the back way (direct from train station). Very nice stay.

“Good value hotel”
Perfect clean room. Nice and massive building. Good and fresh breakfast. Staff is very attentive. Good sauna and pleasant facilities. Easy check in and check out. Good located in the heart of the city and next door to the famous Kieler Hafen.

“It is so easy”
I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is easy to find, jsut follow signs to the Sweeden ferry! Easy to park at the top of the parking garage and easy to get around in the city. The rooms are always clean and the beds comfortable.
