“Wonderful Hotel!”

“Superb hotel and staff”
Excellent comfortable hotel, superb attentive staff, central location right beside the shopping district. Very clean and comfortable. We had a really enjoyable stay and actually decided to stay longer because of our satisfaction with the hotel.

“Academy award winning hotel!”
We experienced the opposite of unfriendly service. Staff was super friendly and offered to assist with our luggage. Hotel does have stairs that are challenging if lazy or unfit. “Good hotel with great Hollywood theme, but note that there are steps to negotiate.”
Pleasant staff, good location, good breakfast. On arrival we were faced with a flight of steps up to the main entrance. Negotiating these with a large, heavy suitcase was hard.
