“The front desk on arrival was not welcoming, more like it was a chore.”

“Hotel is needing some TLC”
Disappointed in our stay. The hotel is showing its age and maintenance is not keeping up. First off, the elevator was out of service and guest services thought sending guests multiple emails about it was their way to cya. The elevator went down in December.
