Location is perfect close to Acropolis subway and the museum. Within walking distance of most what to see in Athens center. Rooms could be slightly bigger but still within value for money. Very clean and for noise level from traffic outside some may need earplugs if they have difficulty sleeping. But overall the welcoming and friendly staff, the rich breakfast combined with the location and cleanliness make this hotel top choice in Athens.

My husband and I came to Athens so he could undergo surgery. We needed somewhere close to all amenities. This newly extended boutique hotel is situated approx 500m from the Acropolis and Metro. There are buses, taxis and the tram all within easy walking distance. The Hotel is modern, airy and has all the facilities required for a short or long stay. Our room was very large and has a very big comfy sofa. Large bed, TV, fridge with plenty of extras (to be paid for) huge shower room with quality Greek products for personal use. The rooms are cleaned daily. The rooftop bar is an added treat where you can have a meal or drink looking at the Acropolis. The open plan ground floor has a breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. There is also a menu for lunch/evening meals which are delicious. Our visit was made all the more restful by the lovely staff who were very accommodating and extremely helpful.

We have just returned from a terrific trip in Athens. Had a superb stay at this modern boutique hotel. Everything was really perfect. We stayed in the new part of the hotel. Room 419. No view. However no noise in this room at all despite the busy main road. We had a large room with a big King Bed. Breakfast was always fresh with plenty of selection. Nice to relax at the rooftop bar after a day of walking and sightseeing. Location was central. 5 min walk from Syngrou–Fix station. Hotel is about 15 min walk to Acropolis. Tram and bus stops also right near the hotel. Area was busy and therefore safe. Some lovely restaurants a short walk away on the side streets. Service from all the staff was 10/10. Kostas in particular deserves a special mention. It was a real pleasure talking to him. He is incredibly polite, friendly and hospitable. It was a very nice gesture of the hotel to offer me 2 free drinks due to a celebration. Keep up the great work. Highly Recommend.

Recently stayed at B4B Athens Signature Hotel for four nights in a 2-bedroom Lifestyle Suite with City Views (travelling with young adult daughter and hubby). Rooms are ok, but probably are not as good as they look in the photos on the website. The bathroom and toilet are in the bedrooms, separated by glass doors. When travelling with family this does not offer a lot of privacy. The showers spray water everywhere so anything you take into shower area gets wet pretty quick. In one of the bedrooms the sink is just as you walk into the bedroom, not in the actual toilet, which we found weird, but worked ok in the end. The rooms are not overly spacious for two people with two suitcase so you have to plan where you will put cases, clothes etc so you can function in the room. The biggest issue is that the hotel is on a pretty big intersection which is noisy and the windows etc do not lock out all of the traffic noise and sirens. This took a bit of getting used to. However, the location is excellent to walk to most of the attractions and historical sights. We walked everywhere and it was easy and not too far from the hotel location. A few good souvlaki/gyros and Greek bakeries close by and a laundromat. Car hire places (including Sixt) is in walking distance of the hotel too. Brekkie is generous and we really enjoyed both this and eating in the roof top bar which was quiet and had a great view of the Parthenon after walking all over Athens each day. Service at the roof top bar was quick and friendly.
