“location is best - but lower you expectation from a spoily hotel it is not”

“good hotel”
Good, unpretentious, functional hotel with a fantastic location. Within walking distance to Syntagma Square and Monastiraki. Very safe area. Just a few minutes down the road and you're in the heart of Monastiraki, where all the bars, restaurants etc. are situated. Quite good value for money.

“Very good for a budget and great location”
The hotel has a perfect location and a friendly staff. We got the room with the balcony that has an impressive view to the Parthenon and I think that was the highlight of the stay. Good The location IS THE BEST, for the price. Convenient journey from/to Airport to Syntagma Metro (45-5mins then 5-10 min walk to hotel), for Plaka, shops, Acropolis etc. Basic rooms and breakfast.
