I had a single room on the 5th floor (503) I couldn’t use the main light as part of it was broken and resulted in continuous flashing flashing lights just above the curtain The room was long and narrow There was a tv in the room but no chair to watch it and it was not visible from the bed The fridge was so noisy I had to turn it off. The safe was locked so couldn’t be used The worst thing was the Emergency exit light above the door which illuminated the room all night. Bring an eye mask if you want to sleep at all. On reflection I’ve been over generous with a 3. Probably should be a 2. The breakfast is at a cafe a few streets away. They say that bags can be stored but they seem to just leave them in the hallway. Doesn’t look v secure

After several weeks of searching, we picked this hotel because of most reviewers on other websites gave it 9+ rating. However, what we’ve experienced is different. We wanted to stay for 9-nights, so we picked the room for 3 even though we were a couple, so we could have some room. PROs: hotel was centrally located; the room was a good size. CONs, It was hard to find the entrance of the hotel, because it was just a door next to a restaurant that it didn’t belong to hotel. The issues: 1) false advertisements- there were no bathrobes, Iron/ironing board, wine glasses as shown in the websites 2) when we got in the room, the TV and the AC didn’t work, not until the third day. 3) there were only 4 hangers. 4) towels so old that they weren’t soft. 5) the breakfast, it wasn’t in the building but we didn’t expect to be almost 3-streets away from the hotel, which didn’t make sense, because the hotel shares the entrance with the Brunch Factory. 6) the service didn’t do a good job refilling items, like coffee and TP. Thanks to Elias, to provide us with missing items. For God sakes, put some tissues in the room so we don't have to use TP to wipe our mouths and noses with. But really find another hotel.

Room is comfortable clean. We were there three nights no cleaning of room. Had to as a couple of times for towels before someone followed up. Staff at desk were friendly. And made recommendations. Hotel is good for location close to shopping , restaurants. Easy walk to sites. There is no lobby no ambience.
