Stayed for 11 nights at this clean and comfortable hotel. Swift check on was a welcome change from recent experience. No form filling, passport confiscation, or forwarding the emails from Jet2, just a cheery hello, pay your tourist tax, and take your key. Room was at the back of the hotel. Not the best view we have had from a balcony, but really good size with comfy rattan-style furniture. Room (205) is spacious and recent refurbishment makes it light and airy. Loved the big mirror with 2 bright lights over it. Bathroom also refurbished white and grey marble effect tiles so very light in there too. Shower has a very low lip and is open at the back so I was concerned about flooding the bathroom floor but I assume this is to meet current accessibility requirements. Water pressure was low and could be difficult to rinse shampoo and conditioner from hair, but it did help reduce splashes onto the floor. Room cleaned to high standard with towels and linen changed couple of days or so. Breakfast is one of the most varied we have ever been offered in a hotel in this price range and there should be something to suit everyone. Safety deposit boxes can be rented and are situated in reception. Air-conditioning included in the price if you book with Jet2. Pool and pool area cleaned daily to good standard, and the gardens are well maintained. Expect the usual battle for sunbeds. Main bar not open, but pool bar open until late. Hotel is ideally situated on the main road into the village where you will find a handful of restaurants, 2 supermarkets, and a couple of gift shops. No buses run through the the resort making it the perfect place for a complete chill. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere in the square in the evening, and restaurant prices are very reasonable. We didn't go to the hotel BBQ, but everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves when we got back. Music stopped at midnight. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider a return trip in the future.

We had a lovely week stay at this 3 star hotel via a Jet2 holiday. Comfy beds, plenty of space in the rooms, lovely pool area which had proper sturdy sunbeds with fab comfy mattresses! We had a lovely week stay at this 3 star hotel via a Jet2 holiday. Comfy beds, plenty of space in the rooms, lovely pool area which had proper sturdy sunbeds with fab comfy mattresses! Thank you Bill for sorting out the hire car for us (and especially after i had made a mistake we it’s the dates!) You sorted it all out with no bother. 10 minute walk to the beach which had maybe 8 cafes/restaurants. (Caprice kitchen probably our favourite) Thank you to all the team!

“Great break at this authentic Greek hotel”

We enjoyed our ten day stay at the Pasiphae Hotel. Its in a beautiful area, very green, lovely villages all round. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Our room was cleaned daily (apart from Friday). We enjoyed our ten day stay at the Pasiphae Hotel. Its in a beautiful area, very green, lovely villages all round. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Our room was cleaned daily (apart from Friday). Each night we walked down to the centre, about a ten minute walk. Loved the choice of restaurants there. We are keen walkers so enjoyed the variety of walks in the area before coming back to sit by the pool which is large. We have stayed in the area before and would definitely return to the Pasiphae.

“Holiday with partner”

Quick check in, offered upgrade to the swim up pool rooms 50euro a night! Comfortable room on first floor facing the road/ fields. Nice and clean, daily cleaning service, cleaners off on Friday. Quick check in, offered upgrade to the swim up pool rooms 50euro a night! Comfortable room on first floor facing the road/ fields. Nice and clean, daily cleaning service, cleaners off on Friday. Comfy twin beds. Towels could be whiter they were a bit grey. Good walk in shower and toilet in one room, the basin was in the bedroom! Very bizarre and strange, I had to tip toe to reach the basin, towel rail too high, not keen on this set up, very odd. Breakfast was the same every morning except for the cakes which were not appetising. Never any fruit only sliced melon, all bananas had disappeared in a second! Hit items, poached eggs, bacon, pieces of sausage, beans, sometime omelette pieces and scrambled eggs. Staff shouting at another worker in front of guests, not very professional and very uncomfortable to hear. Owner not very hospitable but reception and bar staff pleasant enough. Every morning there was the sunbed wars! Some had towels on since 6am in the morning! There were notices saying they would take the towels off if no one was on the bed after an hour, this never happened, waste of time. Not enough sunbeds, had to sit on chairs 3 mornings before some sunbeds were available. In the last days my partner was down the pool 7.30am to make sure we had a bed. This is not acceptable for a 3* hotel and it was only beginning of June. BBQ evening was disappointing, 20euro pp, grilled meat was boring, no seasoning or herbs etc. Salads were stodgy. No reception drink. Advertised Greek dancers from mainland Greece, but they were all retired guests dancing, no live music only music from a laptop. We left before the dessert, but I heard the puddings disappeared in a flash, none left for everyone. Waste of money. Not a typical Greek evening with smashing plates etc.
