“Excellent Service”
Amazing breakfast served with the greatest customer service!!! Everything is very clean and great conditions of the rooms and the hotel!!! The hotel is closed to any type of restaurant, stores, banks and more

“Nice hotel and authentic food”
This is a really nice hotel. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfast and papaya juice. It is located in the heart of Guatemala City, which is vibrant and bustling. The rooms are a decent size and the bathroom is good. I would stay here again for a future visit to Guatemala.
