“Horrible attitude from employees”
Hotel is pleasant looking, rooms luck of maintance, the worse are the employees, they give an arrogant and cold indifference to the guest plus their unprofesional and irresponsable work shows and is very annoying. Will never come back hehere neither recommend

“Short Stopover in Guatemala City”
Convenient hotel with all the essentials close to the centre of Guatemala City. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, but those on the ground floor can be noisey. When staying here make sure your room number starts with a number greater than one.
