“Casa Encantada!! A definite YES!”

“Friendly, clean and convenient”
The staff at Casa Encantada is wonderful! The room they put us in at first had one double bed so we asked for a different room and they complied with a room up on the terrace which was awesome.( room 10 ) Breakfast was included which was at a beautiful hotel next to us. “Unbeatable location, breakfast, staff”

“Disappointed and does not justify the high price”
Only thing good about this hotel is the service. The staff are excellent (both front desk as well as restaurant. I am giving a rating of 3 out of 5 due to the size of the rooms. “A fatal flaw”
I had a ground floor room for one night as part of a trip on the way to Lake Atitlan. Even earplugs couldn’t block the noise of the motorcycle stand outside my room. I think sleep is more important than charm - I look for both.
