⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay in the Heart of Antigua If you’re planning a trip to Antigua, don’t hesitate—this is a fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect, just half a block from Central Park and only two blocks from the iconic Calle del Arco, making it easy to explore many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Hugo, the driver, who was professional, friendly, and made transportation easy and stress-free. Orlando, the bartender at Notas, was also great—very personable and made the bar a fun place to relax in the evenings. My personal favorite was an off-the-menu passion fruit cocktail made with Zacapa—definitely worth trying if you have the chance. The hotel itself strikes a great balance between modern updates and Antigua’s historic charm, preserving the character of the property while still feeling clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bar located in Notas offers a full bar with a stylish setup and a large TV, and I was told they host live music every other weekend, which adds a great atmosphere for guests and visitors alike. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and a great home base for exploring Antigua. Between the unbeatable location, welcoming staff, and relaxing atmosphere, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city of Antigua.

Stayed overnight with my wife in Antigua taking a day trip from Guatemala City. Location is in an off street from the town square, it was a busy night so there was a lot of foot and auto traffic on the street. Staff was very polite and helpful . Our room was close to the check in desk, window facing the street. Room was a little smaller than I expected but bed was comfortable and room was clean. Bath room as well was a little small but it was ok, we were only there for 1 night. Entrance is to the hotel and the restaurant which is mostly tables out in the courtyard . Price was not bad at all, breakfast was included , they give you a coupon for the restaurant and you have some options to choose from for breakfast. Location does not have A/C, but we opened the window to the room which let in the cool outside air. Note the room was right by the street so there was a bit of noise with the traffic and people walking by, the restaurant does have a band that plays from 6-10 in the eve Friday and Sat night so it is a bit loud but bearable. It is a quaint little place, I liked the decoration and look of the hotel. I would recommend the place and would stay there again, but next time would maybe look for something a little further out of the center of town for a little more quiet.
