The location of the hotel is nice, the interior is super nice and real well put together. The rooms are nice clean with a lot of space and with a super beautiful bathroom , including the lights in the room which make a perfect addition to everything . Gotta stand out Damy, the person that took care of our stay in the Hotel and gotta say it was on point, with full attention to what where trying to get out of the hotel. He got answers quickly and took on a great role to help us stay here. He was super friendly and without a doubt of great value to this Hotel. The noise is something that maybe needs to be worked on, because i heard someone snoring through the wall, as if the person was literally under the bed. The extras that the rooms have are awesome , you can literally be at ease when you’re in this hotel, without a doubt will be coming back

“Perfect location”

Stayed here two nights in July. Perfect location in the middle of town, everything within walking distance. Clean room, comfy bed, strong air condition, lovely shower and breakfast. Very friendly staff. Quiet in the night. Wifi strong. Enjoyed my time here.

“Good for Gelredome Visits.”

We stayed here as we were attending a concert at the GelreDome, and for that purpose the location was excellent. We stayed here as we were attending a concert at the GelreDome, and for that purpose the location was excellent. It’s conveniently located in Arnhem city centre and made getting to and from the venue very easy. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. One downside was the area immediately outside the hotel. There is a bench seating area where people seemed to gather, and one morning we unfortunately witnessed a heavily intoxicated man exposing himself outside. While this was clearly beyond the hotel’s control, it did make us feel uncomfortable when entering and leaving the hotel. The staff were polite, but we found the customer service to be fairly average compared with other hotels we’ve stayed in. Check-in was also a little disappointing. After travelling for around 16 hours, we arrived at approximately 10:00am. We understood that check-in wasn’t until 3:00pm and weren’t expecting to receive our room immediately. However, it would have been appreciated if staff had checked whether an early room was available or offered to let us know if one became ready before the official check-in time. Instead, we were simply told to return at 3:00pm, which felt a little impersonal after such a long journey. On a positive note, there’s a great Foodhallen around a 10-minute walk from the hotel, located beside the canal, with a good choice of food and drinks. Overall, I would stay here again if I were attending another event at the GelreDome because the location is ideal. For any other type of visit to Arnhem, I would probably consider other accommodation options.
