“Welcoming”
I went as part of a coach journey. Wow! The staff ought to teach customer service...the world would be a better place 😊 The food was excellent and a good variety to choose from. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We will definitely go again. Thank you.

very disappointed in this hotel. our room was a good size with a huge bed but no wardrobe just an open space behind two doors.
