I am a frequent visitor to this hotel. Whilst it is a relatively basic Hampton Hilton, what keeps me coming back is the staff! Cleanliness is on par with any hotel but most importantly any queries, problems or general questions are dealt with an professionalism and warmth. I have to make a special callout to Kenny. He's a amazing and key member of staff and his help, warmth and overall to help anyone no matter how big or small the issue or query is a credit to the Hilton brand. Praise to the staff also when dealing with checking in large groups as always being alert to individual travellers to ensure they don't wait hours to get checked in is also why they will always get a 5 star review from me!

“Great hotel if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle.”

The location was nice and quiet and close to the airport. It’s more or less in an industrial area with some apartment style homes across the street. The location was nice and quiet and close to the airport. It’s more or less in an industrial area with some apartment style homes across the street. It’s a convenient 5 minute walk to the train or bus and a 15-20 minute ride to downtown on the train. The atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet, clean and fresh looking. Loved the feature of 1 free beer, wine or soda each night rather than have our rooms made up every night. Helping save the environment and being rewarded for it is a plus in my books. Tontop it off they offered bar type foods that you could purchase to have with your evening beverage, we tried the pizza and it was excellent. They had chicken wings our friends had and they said they were very good too. The included breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast with hot items, cold items, waffles, and the bonus of fresh cold cuts, cheeses and fresh fruit like bananas, apples and oranges. Our room was small but cozy and very nice. The air condition and lights only work if you put your room card in the slot like on a cruise ship. It was nice that we could open a window to get fresh air in too. The amenities were average for a hotel, no surprises there to make our stay less enjoyable. I want to give 5 stars to Natali and Dawina at the front desk! They were such a pleasure to work with and talk to. Super friendly and always with a beautiful smile. There was one front desk person who was there when Natali and Dawina were not working, who seemed to be having a couple rough days. Didn’t smile, made you feel like you were bothering them but Natali and Dawina made up for it. Overall, our stay was very good with great value for what we paid and the restaurant across the street was fabulous! The best French fries I’ve ever had actually and I’m a senior.

“Great experience”

Quiet dining room, great food and Kenny was attentive. Do wish they had some mixed drink options though.
