“One of the most difficult time for me “the golden tulip became my hero’s and saviour's””

“Not very isolated bathroom”
Stayed there for a new year and few days in January. We had a room with the sink close to bed and there is no door in between. Plus I think shower is not very isolated. “Perfectly adequate - it's worth staying here”
Whilst on a cycle tour in the south of Holland, we recently stayed at the Golden Tulip Leiden Centre. It was perfectly adequate. Although the hotel is a little tired, we did have an enjoyable stay. This is a very central hotel - accessible to the centre of Leiden and the train station. The reception and bar staff were helpful and friendly . The bedroom was basic but comfortable and the shower worked well . Housekeeping could be better with shampoo left in rooms and more thorough daily cleani… more
