“Excellent location”
The best of the hotel is tje location, it was clean and confortable. One of the rooms had problems with the bathroom door. Very good attention at the reception

“Great location and friendly staff”
It's the first time we'd stayed at this hotel. The proximity to the centre of Rotterdam was excellent. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast buffet was plentiful, with non-hostile times. Room 134: Avoid looking out the window, the interior view is quite unpleasant. The bathtub faucet is positioned at knee height for anyone wanting to shower, so your leg will constantly touch it, which is quite uncomfortable. The drain has a serious drainage problem. “Third time's a charm”
First room stunk of cigarettes. Second room had a faulty bathroom fan which continuously screeched like a siren. Third room was nice. Staff were helpful but hotel could definitely improve its reporting processes. NH hotel quality not consistent enough for me.
