“Great location and friendly staff”
It's the first time we'd stayed at this hotel. The proximity to the centre of Rotterdam was excellent. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast buffet was plentiful, with non-hostile times. “Business Trip”
The room was very clean, and the price was very good value. There are carpets throughout and this may contribute to a slight musky smell that could be easily eradicated. Other than that, I was very happy with the room and the service,

“Good cheaper option for a City visit”
A beautiful building steeped in history with the most amazing staircase meeting you as you enter. The checkin team were very quick and helpful. The rooms were very clean and warm (which as it was -10) was very welcoming. They were well fitted with kettle,coffee making machine and fridge. Only downs… more

“Good location”
Good location, nice staff and beautiful building, okay room. It was very basic and quite noisy. Pretty expensive when you count that in.
