We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the on-site parking was free—a great convenience. “Non-ideal check-in, excellent room and food”
The room and breakfast were excellent. What could be better is the check-in experience. There was a sign stating I should call a number to check-in, but my call was unanswered. Bar personnel was unable to assist, luckily a staff member arrived at the check-in desk at that point.
