“Excellent hotel”
Excellent hotel, all staff very helpful and pleasant. Went to the Club Lounge - Aisouda looked after us well, very pleasant and friendly had a lovely chat with her. Bance was extremely helpful booking tickets for a concert and trips. Would definitely go back again.

We enjoyed our cocktails at the Al Habtoor Palace. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff is incredible.
