“First Class Customer Service”
Close enough to the City centre, but located in a quiet suburb. What it lacks in the fancy touches of some hotels in makes up for in genuine warm & excellent customer service. A very good selection for the breakfast.

Booked a two night stary for my Mom who is not good at English. The front desk replied fast, gave a nice offer, breaksfast and helped with airport transfer. Answered all her questions and helped to a nice day in Budapest. A very nice experience. Thank you

Arrived late on Friday. Smooth check in. I was hungry. The staff (who speaks good English) helped me order a pizza from a nearby restaurant.
