“Lovely hotel.”

Great stay. 5 star. Lovely property. Srijita in the front desk and Anil did a great job! The hotel has some good restaurants. Not yout soulless property. Rooms are spacious. Infrastructure is good. Their rooftop is a nice place for drinks. Regular choice this hotel.

Great service and amenities . Ended up coming in early to Chennai and my check in was not for another 3 hours but was allowed to check in early . Room service was very prompt and good food. Room was very comfortable and had well stocked mini bar. In all would recommend staying here .

I was there for 7 days from first May and checked in in the night around 10 pm. The duty manager, after completing the formalities taken to 'colony' the restaurant on the same floor. Mr. Raju, the waiter explained on the items and helped me to select items. The fish curry he adviced, which was prepared with Mango was distinct in taste. Even though there were two other restaurants ' Chap Chay' the Chinese restaurant and the roof top restaurant ' above sea level ', I choose the 'colony' for my dining need as it was arranged many varieties of neighbourhood. The staff there, not only just served the food, which are very tasty but also assisted to select the items with warmth and love. I can ever forget, smiling faces of Bijoy, the boy from Bangal and Annie, the girl from Mizoram and their courteous nature? The courteousness of 'Bapan' the boy from same institute from Bijoy was recruited and ' Praveen' from the local boy from Chennai and the patience to explain the material contained in the food to help me in selection of food was also worthy to mention. If I don't mention service nature of 'Ranjan' the restaurant Manager, it will be incomplete. He took extra effort to arrange take away lunch of my favourite items: the Spanish prawn, the fish fingers along with keemachoru and one desert: cheese cake, even though lunch in the restaurant was buffet. I suggest to non vegetarians to not miss the Spanish prawn. I suggest lovers of Kerala food to taste 'Ediyappam' with ' Chicken stogenoff' in the breakfast. I also like to mention courteous nature of ' Dushyant' the duty manager from Masoori . One suggestion on house keeping: I was in Room No. 301. The almari on which the small fridge and other eateries are kept is blocking the mirror. House keeping experts may examine, can it shifted to vacant space between windows and the mirror, or and other place, so that the mirror can become useful.

Excellent food at the Colony restaurant - one of three restaurants at the hotel. I was served by Bijoy who was enthusiastic and attentive throughout the meal. The fish fingers with potato wedges for starter was much larger than expected, but enjoyable. I had the chicken with red chillies for main plus steamed rice - a lot of rice!
