Our visit to Longuinhos Beach Resort was not just a stay — it felt like being part of a place that truly understands hospitality from the heart. We had come as a family, looking forward to some relaxed time by the beach, and from the very beginning, the experience felt warm and personal. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well appointed, giving us a comfortable space to unwind after long, fun-filled days. A special thanks to Sarvesh and Somash, who along with Samarth ensured that our rooms were always neat, fresh, and perfectly maintained. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was Samarth. It’s rare to come across someone who doesn’t just assist guests but genuinely looks after them like his own. From guiding us about local places, helping us plan our days better, to simply checking in with a smile to ensure everything was going well — his presence made a big difference. His excellent guidance, calm nature, and ever-helpful attitude made us feel cared for at every step. He is truly an asset to the resort and someone you can rely on completely during your stay. Our dining experience at Loca Restaurant was equally delightful. The food was flavorful and satisfying, and what stood out was the warm service by Antonio C, Denzil, and Ralph — always attentive, friendly, and making sure we were comfortable. Meals didn’t feel rushed; they felt like part of the experience. Evenings became our favorite time of the day. The clean and well-maintained lawn, opening up to the beach, created the perfect setting to relax. Long walks by the shore, the sound of waves, and watching the sun slowly dip into the horizon — those moments felt peaceful and almost magical. What made this trip special wasn’t just the location or the comfort, but the people who added heart to the experience. We came here as guests, but we leave with memories that feel personal. Our visit to Longuinhos Beach Resort turned out to be much more than just a beachside stay — it became a well-curated Goan experience filled with warmth, food, and local discoveries. One of the best decisions we made (thanks to fellow guests’ recommendations) was taking Samarth’s contact from the reception. And honestly, it changed the entire vibe of our trip. The very next morning, he personally met us, understood that we had our own car, and planned a fantastic off-road itinerary covering hidden gems and less-explored spots. His deep local knowledge, confidence, and passion for Goa truly stood out. The way he explained each place — with stories, humor, and a spark in his eyes — made it feel like we were exploring Goa with a friend rather than just following directions. His ever-smiling face and engaging style are simply unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, and it was clear that Samarth took a personal interest in ensuring everything was perfect, along with his team members Martin and Sunny, who kept the rooms consistently clean and tidy. A special mention to Loca Restaurant, where the food was delicious and satisfying throughout our stay. We were especially well taken care of by Ralph and Antonio C, whose attentive service added a personal touch to every meal. The reception team was helpful, though there is a small scope for improvement in terms of warmth and training. A welcoming gesture like a kumkum tika along with the garland, and a more cheerful interaction, would elevate the first impression and make guests feel more at home.The gentleman and the lady out there wore us a shell garland but forgot the kumkum tika, as the decorated tali was lying around, also we felt as if we were speaking to robots. Overall, it was a lovely and memorable experience, made truly special by people who care. A heartfelt thanks to Samarth and Ralph for going beyond their roles and treating us like their own guests. We leave with great memories — and a strong reason to come back again.
