“Authentic and friendly”
The Hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. The manager, Swagat., was brilliant. He allowed us to have our room for 4 hours extra with no charge, organised our luggage transfer and taxi. “Delhi Visit”
Very good experience with this hotel, great hospitality, the room were clean and comfortable, nice stay and good food. It was close to markets, shops, restaurants and other amenities. “Decent for the price”
Decent hotel for the price you pay. Breakfast they try to change everyday but you cant really complain, staff happy to make you extra egg / tea. Staff very nice and helpful. Room is okay, extra bed very nice & soft. Bathroom & towel very unhygienic.

“Budget Hotel with basic facilities and cleanliness”
Good budget Hotel in middle of Karol bag; Basic cleanliness was there. Only issue was food. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay for us which resolved our purpose for night stay during our travelling. Vehicles might have problem to reach the location as it is in middle of Karol bag market

“Do not go here as a solo female”
Sadly we arrived at 03.30 and the hotel doors were literally chained up and the 2 men who worked there were fast asleep on the floor.
