Recently stayed at ruffles this year for 3 weeks, stayed next door last year but went to ruffles every day for breakfast. Such a lovely atmosphere, this time there was a group of us ( family) we had rooms all next to one another by the big pool. I can not say a bad thing about our stay, it certainly was wonderful!! The staff were absolutely amazing they treated us so well and made our stay so comfortable. Simon and his team were always at hand for us, if we wanted our room cleaned or anything else it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was included every day by the pool, served from our waiters Dominic and nando who truly looked after us . Every were was clean and pleasant. Entertainment every evening Russell the owner was always around making sure customers were happy he often sat with us for drinks, communication from the staff was hundred percent. The meals at ruffles was fantastic, chefs were brilliant and work hard, ruffles is very busy not just from the people there accommodating but by random customers stopping by. Also this hotel is in a great location and real value for money. During our stay we all ventured away for a few days here and there to different parts of Goa north and south, knowing our rooms were cleaned and safe for our returns. Sanjay and nano our main bar waiters would check every day on us by the pool if we were wanting drinks and snacks, it was our wedding anniversary while there, Simon had a bouquet of flowers delivered to our room and on the night time our family bought us a cake and the chefs and waiters made sure that they lit the candles and there was a celebration for us. they really did make our holiday special, we booked via Russell for next year before we left, we cannot wait to go back there again. I can truly recommend this hotel 👍👍😊

“Very good very tasty”

Absolutely excellent food very good we have eaten here several times pork chops liver n onions fish n chips breakfast pies all very good. Staff are so attentive absolutely amazing

We are currently on holiday at Ruffles in Candolim as a group of seven and couldn’t be happier with our stay. From the moment we arrived, check-in was quick and easy, and we were warmly welcomed by the friendly hotel manager at reception. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well maintained, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The staff at this hotel and restaurant truly outshine any other hotel we’ve stayed at in Candolim, and this is now our fourth visit. Their hard work, friendliness, and dedication to making guests happy really set this place apart. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat.
