If it’s your first visit to Goa, please don’t make a judgement until 3 days in. As my header says, this hotel is a little oasis amongst the chaos. The transfer from the airport can be traumatic to say the least. This is our second visit to this hotel and we have booked again. This tells you everything about it. ALL the staff have a genuine friendly attitude and can’t do enough for you. Reception staff are accommodating and willing to help in all aspects of your enquiries. The gardens are beautiful and always being attended to. The rooms although a bit dated are clean and the cleaning staff again are friendly and work really hard. The pool is kept clean and towels are provided, the pool attendants are constantly moving the canopy to put you in shade or sun. The management of the hotel should be very proud of their whole team. Basically if you’re looking at spending time here, book it, you won’t be disappointed.

We have recently returned from a fabulous trip staying at the Sonesta Inns. What a lovely place, staff and service. The hotel location is perfectly nestled between the busy main road and the beach, almost central to both Candolim & Calangute. This is a very quiet hotel perfect for a relaxed stay but offering the hussle and bustle of a full street life within minutes from your doorstep. There are local facilities just yards from the entrance including an excellent restaurant, local provision stores, jeweller, tailor, liquor store, souvenir shop, money exchange and a very good massage parlour where they offers a huge variety of great massages (worth doing). Staff & service at this hotel cannot be faulted, they are all so friendly and cannot do enough to ensure that you are looked after and have a wonderful stay during your holiday. The grounds and gardens are constantly being worked on and are kept immaculate. There is a large pool on the grounds but if you fancy the beach this is just 2 minutes walk away. Breakfast provides a good variety for all tastes, I was particularly impressed with the egg station which offered a very high quality of freshly cooked eggs in a large variety of ways. Although this was only my first visit, like many others I have already booked my stay for next year. Thank you all for making our holiday stay wonderful and we look forward to seeing you all again at the beginning of next year

We spent 28 nights here, and our second stay at this hotel. Fantastic location, quiet spot, close and easy walk to beach and shacks. We spent 28 nights here, and our second stay at this hotel. Fantastic location, quiet spot, close and easy walk to beach and shacks. Lovely decent size pool, plenty of sunbeds to relax on, pool boys are great, moving the parasols around to keep you shaded, bliss 😊 Plenty of restaurants within walking distance too. Always taxis waiting outside hotel. Your in between Calangute and Candolim so easy access to both areas. Rooms are a good size, this time we got a suite (has an extra room with dining table and small settee, bath with shower over). Large comfy bed, good pillows, aircon in both rooms. Small fridge, coffee/tea making facilities. The rooms are okay but the bathroom could really do with updating, just old, tired and very used. Rooms were tidied and made daily, we had decent thick bath towels, shower gel, shampoo and soap, hairdryer is okay. Breakfast was your typical Goan buffet. Couple of cereals, eggs anyway you like. Doza and spicy sauces, different breads, 3 fruits, lassie, milkshakes, cappuccino, all quite nice. The staff are lovely, they remembered us from last year. Weather was amazing 🌞🌞🌞 We would have no problems returning again.
