Phase 11 is arguably one of the most breathtaking Bali styled villas in Goa and just a 12 minute walk to Calangute beach. The Villa has 4 air conditioned bedrooms and all bathrooms are en-suite. Key Features of Phase 11: ☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service. ☆ This villa is 10 min walk to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 4 AC bedrooms & 4 en-suite bathrooms with shared swimming pool. Free WiFi with 30-50 mbps speed. ☆ Villa has 3 king-size beds & 2 single beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed. ☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability. ☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day. ☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Genset onsite). ☆ Parking is compounded for 2 Cars. Party Room -The new INDUSTRIAL PARTY ROOM on the top floor is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, Bluetooth tower speaker, stage, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals, and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8 pm to 4 am for any one day of your choice. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks for an extra cost. Just tell the chef your personal preferences, any allergies and he will prepare a delicious gourmet meal just for your group. You have to pay the labor and ingredients cost and its all prepared fresh at your villa. A INR 10,000 refundable security deposit to be collected in cash on arrival against any incidental damages and will be returned during departure.
