The hotel is located close to IIM Ahmedabad. It is a good place to stay if you are planning a trip with your family. It has two restaurants on the premises. The hotel is separated from the reception by several floors which are accessible by an elevator.

It is a good budget hotel on prime location Nehru Nagar. all rooms are on 4th floor and lift is horrible to reach there. the ambience is ok of the hotel. service is also ok. food is ok in taste and preparation. rooms are big spacious with all basic amenities. a bathroom is ok. ac is too much noise in the room. overall it is the budget hotel and u can stay for one or two night if required to be there in the night only.

Stayed at this place from 26th Feb to 2nd March 2016. Was assigned a room which had not been prepared. Was assigned another room which had bed covers with blood stains on it. The rooms are spacious, I was alone in the room. The furniture quality is quite poor although the hotel is otherwise new. The drawers on the writing desk, the writing desk itself, the chair, a standard wooden chair show that the hotel is not in sync with a business traveler. An office chair with tilt and swivel would have made more sense. Although the hotel had free wi-fi, the method to access the same was never communicated to anyone of us. We had a team which occupied 6 rooms on the same floor. Incidentally the hotel has a ground and fourth floor only in an otherwise residential and commercial complex. The bathrooms were clean but the buckets and mugs were dirty. I can't understand why hotels fail to look into such small details. The toilet is badly designed, a tap at the ankle level makes it difficult to sit properly on the western style toilet. To plug in my laptop and Internet dongle I had to unplug the television and set top box. Hotel could have provided more electrical outlets by design. The room did not have a latch from the inside. The electronic lock was the only way to gain entry, once inside one could not prevent someone coming in with a duplicate electronic key. I would have preferred a latch on the inside. Connectivity is good for this hotel as we were close to the place of our visit, the Gujarat University Exhibition grounds. Close by is Shivranjani Chowk where one can get most of stuff required. Complimentary breakfast was local fare but the bread/butter served was not fresh even on a single day. One had the choice of Cereals with 'hot' milk! or Bread Butter, two local preparations like Puri Bhaji or Idli Sambhar or Cholle Bhature, each changing by the day. Breakfast could have been much better in quality. All in all an ok place to stay if you are on tight budget. We paid 2300/- per room night against the rack rate of 2700/- for double occupancy. Hope this helps other travelers.
