Overall Experience What a wonderful property. Having stayed at Madhubhan before, I came back this time with my toddler and family, and the resort did not disappoint — it exceeded expectations in many ways. The natural surroundings are absolutely stunning, the rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, and the entire atmosphere of the property feels warm, peaceful, and restorative. This is a place that stays with you long after you leave, and we are already looking forward to coming back. The staff are the true heart of this resort. Every single person we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring — particularly when it came to our toddler. No request was too much. Food preferences, timings, special arrangements — everything was handled with grace and without fuss. You feel looked after here in a way that is increasingly rare. A very special thank you to Miss Prachi at the front desk, who made our arrival warm and welcoming from the very first moment. Her helpfulness and cheerful presence set the tone for the entire stay. The food was excellent throughout. Breakfast in particular was a generous, varied spread — hot South Indian dishes, uttapam, omelettes — and kid-friendly options were available too, which every travelling parent appreciates. A Birthday to Remember — Unique Dining Experience The highlight of our stay was a unique outdoor dining experience we arranged for my mother-in-law’s birthday. Mr. Krunal Patel, the manager, was exceptional in helping us plan this. He offered thoughtful options for decoration, walked us through the experience, and ensured every detail was personal and beautifully executed. Mr. Rushi, who managed the food and service for the evening, deserves special praise. He was extraordinarily proactive — checking in ahead of time to understand our requirements, coordinating service seamlessly, and ensuring the entire meal flowed without a single pause. We had mentioned that with a toddler, we needed everything to move at a good pace to get to bed by 9 pm, and he delivered exactly that, brilliantly. We absolutely matched the vibes that evening. A truly magical experience. Hidden Gems Worth Knowing Madhubhan has some special touches that we feel guests don’t always discover — and they absolutely should. The pianist is wonderful — soulful, talented, and deeply underrated. We spent lovely time simply listening. The resort could make so much more of this by creating a dedicated seating area nearby and offering guests light bites or mocktails while they enjoy the music. This could easily become a signature evening ritual. The buggy service through the property is a joy, especially with young children and elderly family members. The bird-watching page is a charming, thoughtful idea — pairing it with an occasional guided nature walk led by a knowledgeable staff member would make it even richer. Feedback for the Family & Toddler Experience We noticed a strong presence of families with young children at the resort, which speaks to its appeal. With that in mind, we’d love to share some friendly feedback on how Madhubhan could make the family experience even more special. The indoor play area shows great intent — there’s a lovely big dedicated room with a ball pit and slide. With a little more investment, this could be transformed into something truly impressive for toddlers. A few ideas: wall-mounted sensory activity panels, soft play blocks, an indoor toddler swing, and a small soft slide would keep little ones engaged for hours, especially on rainy days. The space is already there — it just needs a little more magic inside it. The outdoor play area has real potential too. Currently the equipment is quite dated, and refreshing it with a few modern, colourful, toddler-safe pieces would make a big difference. A dedicated staff member present in that zone would also give parents real peace of mind — and simply make the whole area feel more alive and supervised. It would be lovely to see this space become somewhere families genuinely gravitate to. Toddlers, as any parent knows, need variety and novelty to stay engaged — so even small additions go a long way. Madhubhan has such a beautiful, expansive property, and a thoughtfully designed kids’ zone to match would make it a truly unbeatable family destination. In Summary Madhubhan is a genuinely beautiful resort — warm staff, gorgeous nature, exceptional food, and a team that truly cares. The unique dining experience was the highlight of our holiday. We loved every moment and will absolutely be back. With a little more focus on the toddler and family play areas, this place would be completely unmatched. Highly recommended. We will return.
