“Old property, badly need renovation”
I have stayed at Hotel Himdev (formerly Quality Inn Himdev) with different groups three times. It's a poorly kept old property; requires renovation badly. The food quality was Good. Hotel's location is also convenient.

“Summer vacation”
Hotel was ok...room ok...view not very great... Food ok... Very average hotel...good for 1-2 nights... Ours was deluxe room... Don't know much about other rooms... But it was not worst as it was written in reviews online...
