It was a first time in ITC Gardenia had a comfortable stay and the foods were so delicious and the housekeeping staff Phiba was excellent in her proactive service made my stay comfortable will visit soon .

I spent 2 weeks at the hotel, but my amazing experience started even before I arrived. When we contacted them they had no more standard rooms available. One of the people I traveled with stayed here before. She had one of the managers contact number so she messaged him. He managed to get us all suites at no extra charge! Once we arrived a car was sent to pick us up at the airport and drove us to the heart of the city where the hotel is located. They checked us in swiftly and had our baggage transported to our rooms. I had no currency on me yet so I was not able to tip the bellhop but that did not matter. He was completely unbothered by that and showed me around the beautiful and spacious room. I went to tip him the next day and he refused, but I insisted and since they truly believe in the best possible guest experience he obliged. The manager I mentioned earlier is named Rosch. He is a magnificent human being that was true delight to talk to. He checked in on us whenever he saw us and made sure our stay was perfect throughout the trip. We bonded over the time we stayed here. He even gave us a tour of the presidential suite when we started asking questions about what it looked like which was a great experience by itself. It was by far the most beautiful hotel room I have ever seen. Throughout our stay he kept surprising us with little things to make us feel special. I don't want to say exactly what they were so he can surprise other guests in the future. I really can't say enough nice things about that guy. Another person that I must mention is one of the restaurant managers Swapnil. He is a young man that took the time to make sure we were always happy. We shared many stories together chatting during the many meals we had in his restaurant. Above and beyond the excellent service, we developed a personal connection with him as well. The relationships we built with the staff is what made our time here more than just a stay in a fancy hotel. It made it a true life experience for a Canadian guy that never thought would be able to do something like this. Finally I must mention the cleaning staff and particularly Aditya who took care of my room. My room was immaculately kept. I even noticed that he would clean it multiple time a day if necessary. He was so polite and kind, it blew me away. I am very grateful for the hard and consistent work he did. There are others that I want to mention personally but I do not remember their names. From the many security staff, the guys who ran the gym, the barber that cut my hair, the concierge that arrange a custom tour on the weekend for us, to the chefs in all the restaurants that made us amazing meals day after day. Too many great and talented people to mention. In summary, the property is excellent, the food is great, but what makes the place special is the amazing staff that truly take care of their guests on a level I have never experienced before. I am so appreciative to them.

Experience was just awesome cause team warmthness, i remember there name...Mr Sandeep and Mr Amit who were there in Pavilion restro and Mr Thomas and Mr Manoj in wet area...Hats off to a training team also who have trained team in such a nice way. Just a suggestion is to change the sauna machine and chillar machine as they were not upto the mark...rest everything was fine, Yes this property is a value for money. Much better then radisson n taj where i visited before this ITC property.
