It was a new Property, hence was very clean and staff were good. The room was good with a big window overlooking the locality. While everything seems good and comfortable, a couple of things need to be looked into. There's no restaurant and hence for dinner, we had to visit the old property, where ther's a restaurant. We could not locate any other restaurant nearby. Although the breakfast was served at the ground floor, the place was small, inadequately staffed and hence service was a big issue. We left the place after having whatever was available, as there was a long queue for other items.

“Total Disappointment”

Totally underwhelming experience. Starting with food-- given that there is limited choices for a vegetarian like me in a place like this , that hardly excuses serving up undercooked rotis. Totally underwhelming experience. Starting with food-- given that there is limited choices for a vegetarian like me in a place like this , that hardly excuses serving up undercooked rotis. The complete lack of choices in the veg options ( only 3 side dishes available for rotis) compelled us to ask for scrambled eggs ( yes, we may call ourselves 'eggetarian') and were thoroughly disappointed by what was served up. On the last day of our stay, by the time we came down for breakfast at 8.20 a.m , many of the items had run out.. another family who came in 10 minutes later and raised the issue with the staff ..they were told that the kitchen is being wound up because the breakfast counter is shut down by 8.45! Food is hardly the only gripe we had. At one point we happened to mislay our access card to our room and asked for a replacement -- any hotel on earth would have got it ready for us in a trice ( have had this experience before) ..They made it look like we had committed some crime it was some great big favour they were doing for us by "regularising" it Another point that showed their complete lack of responsiveness was about their intercom network... For some reason, every time someone dialled the number for the front-office, it would ring in our room ( though the combination of numbers bore NO resemblance to ours). Since this used to happen at all hours of the day or night, we raised the issue with the front desk the next day, and there was NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER-- like it was just something we would have to learn to live with, they couldn't be bothered. After some time we just stopped responding to the intercom -- so if it was indeed someone calling to tell us that the hotel was on fire, true to the wolf-tale, we wouldn't know

“Average hotel”

The room was clean but small. The bathroom was smelling of cigarettes. The buffet breakfast hardly had any options. Even the taste was average.
