“Annual temple trip”
The hotel service was on the mark - whilst we had issues of hot water for bathing, it was immediately fixed. In-room dining was prompt and good to taste. hotel also took care of ensuring that we got adjacent rooms given that we were a family. Certainly recommend and value for money

“Comfortable hotel in a great position”
I spent a night at Hotel Aida and enjoyed the experience. Located centrally in Kottayam, the hotel boasts all modern conveniences. It is clean, well appointed and the staff are helpful. The 2 restaurants are also of high quality and there was plenty of variety at breakfast.

“Hotel Aida - convenient, priced right, clean and great service!”
I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Aida. It’s reasonably priced and very clean. Its restaurants are a plus. Easy access to public transport and downtown. Staff is very friendly and provide excellent service.
