This was our first visit to the Indimasi Ayurvedic Health and Wellness Center in Trivandrum, which has been wonderful. From the very beginning, the skilled, efficient and compassionate Ayurvedic doctors, led by Dr. Sandhya Nair, guided us with thoughtful evaluations and personalized treatments ,that became a true resource for our well-being. Each day unfolded with meditation, yoga, and carefully prescribed personalized therapies—oil and other massages, delivered by a talented and dedicated team—that felt nothing less than magical. The warmth and kindness of the Indimasi staff, made our stay deeply pleasant and memorable. Along the way, we met many returning guests, which came as no surprise; we too are already thinking about our next visit. From the beautiful, peaceful, serene surroundings, amazing organic food to the kind and super attentive staff, the whole experience was completely rejuvenating. The treatments were fantastic and very effective, I'd lost 7kgs in 20 days. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and super attentive. They take time to understand your health concerns, explaining the treatment process clearly and in detail, and they regularly monitored your progress, making adjustments as deemed necessary. I have to give a special mention to Guruji, whose guidance, infinite wisdom and radiant energy, truly does rub off on you, providing you a renewed capability to develop inner strength and finding your light.
