“Modern and asthetic”
Good spacious room, warmhearted front desk, automatic upgraded me from deluxe to executive. good location, close to habibganj station. a good value for money and with market and mall closeby. strongly recommends and definite worth revisit

“Smartly furnished room”
Very nice experience with this hotel. Nicely located. Smartly furnished room with modern facilities. The room was so cool in AC that the extreme hot outside does not bother us. We had a wonderful stay for three days. Hotel and room is very clean and neat.

“A comfirtable and convenient place for overnight stay”
We stayed for just a day. Most of the time we were out of the hotel. But during the period wwe spent at hotel, it was comfirtable and quiet.Although we did not have our lunch or dinner but we did have breakfast. It was good

“Good location ”
I frequently travel to Bhopal for my business. In past 3 years I have almost stayed in 45% of all the hotels in Bhopal. When it comes to location plus value for money, Royal Villas fits the bill. It has good enough facility for business traveller and doesn't charge a bomb for it.

“Average”
Average hotel. Located in market area. Surrounding is not pleasant as such. However, can commute to other areas easily. Breakfast is avoidable. Other food items are good. Prices can be cut down. Hotel staff were co-operative.
