It was our family trip... we recently spent three nights at Meritas Crystal Resort, Lonavala, and the entire experience was truly memorable. The property is beautiful, premium, and very well-maintained. From the moment we checked in till our check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and superbly managed. The resort is huge with plenty of amenities—we loved the pool area with its fun sound system, the spacious outdoor play zone where we enjoyed badminton, and the beautifully designed rooms that made our stay extra relaxing. The breakfast was delicious every day, and all three mornings they served completely different spreads, which we really appreciated. The front office and restaurant staff was always smiling and eager to help. I want to highlight the staff’s courtesy and down-to-earth nature. On the last night, there was a minor technical glitch and the power went off only on our side, but even at 4 AM, the staff immediately responded, fixed the issue smoothly, and apologized multiple times. Their professionalism was truly commendable. Another special appreciation goes to the restaurant team. Our train was early in the morning, so we requested breakfast at 7 AM, even though their regular timing starts at 8. Without any hesitation they agreed—and to our surprise, when we reached at 7, they had already prepared a lavish hot buffet with multiple snacks, far beyond their promise. That gesture made us feel genuinely valued. Thank you so much, Meritas Crystal Resort Lonavala, for your exceptional hospitality.
