My stay was a short business stay but it was one of the best stays I've had in a long time. And the entire credit for that goes to the people at this property. A big thank you to Priyanka and Lekha from the front office team. Prajwal who was the FO manager was also very efficient and helpful. My check in process was incredibly smooth. And more importantly, my check out was even smoother. This is the only hotel where my invoices were emailed to me within minutes of me checking out. I didn't have to follow up with anyone. Well done! Abdul, at the main door to the lobby was helpful, friendly and always ready with a smile to greet everyone. Coming to the F&B team - the quality of food was very good (for IRD). The breakfast spread could be better from a quality and taste perspective. However, the service stood out again. My IRD order was delivered exactly as I had asked for - thank you Shubham. A big call out to Yash who handled my breakfast during both the mornings of my stay. He remembered from day 1 that I asked for warm water when I sat down and on day 2, without needing a reminder, he proactively brought me my glass of warm water. This level of customer service doesn't happen very often and deserves recognition. Also call out to Mahesh who was also on breakfast service. He was extremely observant of all the tables and proavtively cleared all the plates within seconds. I enjoyed my stay and found it very stressfree, which is what you want when you travel regularly. Thank you to the entire team at this property.

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Mr. Soumyajyoti Banerjee for patiently understanding my concerns and acting promptly to ensure my stay was comfortable. His support truly made a difference. My heartfelt thanks to Priyanka from the Housekeeping team, who consistently ensured my room and bed were perfectly prepared by the time I returned every day. Priyanka, your handwritten “Welcome back home” note was a very thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated 😊. I would also like to thank Ashwini for her excellent hospitality in the restaurant, ensuring my meals were served on time and thoughtfully managing my specific nutritional requirements. That said, I would like to share a few areas where I believe improvements can be made: Kitchen & Chef Experience On a few occasions, I experienced rude behavior from the chefs when requesting certain food items. The response was simply that the items were not on the menu and could not be served, without any attempt to suggest alternatives. Additionally, there were instances where the food was not served as ordered, and the taste did not meet expectations. Gym Facilities The gym currently has only two mats, and there appears to be no arrangement for cleaning them after use. Given hygiene expectations, especially in shared fitness areas, this is something that should be addressed. Overall, while the hospitality and service from individual staff members were commendable, addressing the above concerns would significantly enhance the guest experience.
