Excellent hotel. Great location. Nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The Promenade and ocean is just two minutes away. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Looking forward to going there again. Looking forward to enjoying the hospitality.

it is not bad, but... location is excellent, in Colaba, just beside famous Taj, walking distance to (almost) every attraction here. service is ok, room is big enough (we had superior room), clean, TV little small but JUST one channel with football (sorry, i dont prefer cricket) and NOONE with intl … more

“Average quality hotel ”
Average quality hotel with very old rooms, old furniture, service was poor. Nothing is good except location of the hotel. Rate is same as 5 star hotels. I would not recommend this hotel even for one night. There are many other good hotels around this in the same range.

“Good value for money hotel”
Well located if you have to stay in South Mumbai. On days when tarrifs in other well known hotels have shot through the roof due to surge pricing, this place has fairly stable rates. Breakfast is good with enough variety available
