If you have a long international layover or a brutal early morning flight out of Mumbai T2, staying here is an absolute game-changer. Being able to walk off a flight and right into a quiet, clean room without clearing immigration or dealing with city traffic is worth every penny.

However, There was constant noise likely from cleaning activity or doors locking and unlocking so the rooms were not very soundproof. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very hospitable Specially mentioned Front desk staff Gajanan I think he was gave us information all about how go to city and guide best way go Siddhivinayak temple by Metro. Slightly overpriced, but that’s probably due to the prime location and convenience. Room was clean but there was only one towel in the room after request they are giving more towels house keeping staff also attentive they teach me how to use airport carts and also help with luggage till the lobby

Niranta is impossible to find particularly if you are driving in from outside the hotel. Niranta is also extremely difficult to contact on phone. Niranta is impossible to find particularly if you are driving in from outside the hotel. Niranta is also extremely difficult to contact on phone. The telephone numbers given don't respond or call back. After repeated follow up with Concierge as we drove in from Pune on 29 June, Mr. Nityanand was the only one who offered to receive us personally on the departure siden of the airport. He helped us to load the trolley and guide us through various levels and elevators to the hotel. Then on our request helped us to check in to the Airside wing since we had a morning British Airways flight to London/Washington on 30 June. He arranged for assistance to reach the BA counter the following morning. The spa being under renovation was also a let down. Specifically, at the time of reservation (either directly or through service provider), either direction or assistance must be provided for both landside and airside passengers. There should be a Niranta desk outside the airport terminal building and staff should be visible and easy to find. Although there was a mini fridge inside the hotel room, it didn't work making it impossible to store our injections. Otherwise the room and restaurant were decent.
