A Truly Heartfelt Thank You to the Team at Taj Lands’ End. Our stay at Taj Lands’ End was much more than just a hotel stay for us. My wife had recently undergone surgery at Holy Family Hospital, and we had several follow-up appointments during our stay. Given the Mumbai monsoon, unpredictable traffic, and the need to travel back and forth to the hospital, choosing a hotel close to the hospital was extremely important for us. We chose Taj Lands’ End because of its excellent location, but what made our stay truly special was the care, compassion, and personal attention shown by the entire team. Location: The location was perfect for our circumstances. Being close to Holy Family Hospital made a huge difference, particularly during the monsoon when travel times can be extremely unpredictable. It gave us one less thing to worry about during an already difficult period. Atmosphere & Rooms: The hotel provided a calm, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. What stood out to us most was the attention to cleanliness and hygiene. A special thank you to the housekeeping and cleaning team (Marie, Laukesh, Wasim and Ashok). They went above and beyond to ensure that our room was thoroughly cleaned and sanitised multiple times. Given my wife's medical situation, this was not something we took for granted. Their attention to detail gave us an additional sense of comfort and reassurance, and we are genuinely grateful for it. Front Desk: We would also like to specifically appreciate Akho Keyho at the Front Desk, who was extremely kind and considerate. He offered us an upgraded room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, we were not able to make use of the upgraded room, but we sincerely appreciated the thoughtfulness behind the offer. It is gestures like these that make guests feel genuinely cared for. Food & Chef: A heartfelt thank you to the Chef and the culinary team as well. They took the time to understand and accommodate our food and dietary requirements. During a period when we had to be particularly careful about what my wife could eat, having the kitchen team willingly accommodate those requirements made our stay considerably easier and more comfortable. Vista Restaurant – Gaurav & Harsh: We would especially like to mention Gaurav and Harsh at Vista Restaurant. Both of them were exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive. What impressed us most was the way they handled our dietary requirements. They made sure everything was taken care of so naturally that we never once felt that we were inconveniencing them or making special requests. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made every meal a pleasant experience. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out to us. Service: Overall, the service throughout the hotel was exceptional. More than the facilities or amenities, it was the human touch that made our experience memorable. During a stressful and emotionally demanding time for our family, the staff made us feel comfortable, respected, and looked after. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Exceptional. The consistent attention to cleanliness and sanitisation, particularly by the housekeeping team, was deeply appreciated given our circumstances. Noise Level: Despite being in a busy part of Mumbai, the hotel provided a peaceful and comfortable environment, allowing us to rest properly between hospital visits. Amenities: The amenities were wonderful, and the pool was a particular highlight for our child. It was a great way for our kid to relax, have fun, and enjoy some normal family time during what was otherwise a fairly difficult period for us. The fish feeding and rabbit feeding experiences were especially memorable and brought so much joy and excitement to our child. These thoughtful experiences added a lovely family friendly touch to our stay and created some very happy memories for us. A sincere thank you! We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire management and staff of Taj Lands’ End, and especially to the housekeeping team, Akho Keyho at the Front Desk, the Chef and kitchen team, and Gaurav and Harsh at Vista Restaurant. We arrived at the hotel during a challenging and stressful period in our lives. The kindness, understanding, and attention we received helped make that period a little easier. Hotels are often remembered for their rooms, restaurants, and facilities, but Taj Lands’ End will be remembered by us for its people. The genuine care shown by the team went far beyond what we expected, and for that, we are truly grateful. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
