As an Elite Titanium Member, my recent experience at The Westin, Koregaon Park, Pune was truly a Stay to Remember Forever. What made this stay so special was the relentless, customer-centric, and genuine service provided by Guest Relations Manager, *Ms. Ambika Singh.* Initially, we were assigned Room 933, which unfortunately did not offer the kind of view we had hoped for, leaving us a little disappointed. The moment we shared our concern, Ms. Ambika immediately understood our frustration and the urgency of our request. She proactively assisted us and arranged another room with a better view. After spending a day, I still felt that my stay was not turning out as enjoyable as I had expected, so I once again requested a room change. Ms. Ambika stepped in once again and went above and beyond by arranging an upgraded room for me. *That one gesture completely transformed my experience. What started as a normal stay turned into a truly magical stay, creating memories that I will cherish forever.* Her genuine care, empathy, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly deserve special recognition. 💐 *A special thanks from the bottom of my heart to Ms. Ambika Soni for making our stay so memorable.* I would also like to recognize *Mr. Kamalakar, Room Service Manager, for his warm welcome and delightful service. His hospitality added a special flavour to our stay and made us feel truly valued* . Last but not least, heartfelt thanks to *Mr. Ajay and Mr. Mahendra from the Cafeteria* for their genuine service, warm hospitality, and delicious food. We had an amazing weekend staycation. From the newly renovated rooms to the delicious food at The Market, everything was wonderful. The dinner had a wide variety of food with many live stations and the next day’s brunch was equally enjoyable with lots of fun kids activities around. The hotel is also conveniently located with easy access to the city and KOPA Mall.

Great location, great rooms, average service. Pros Location is great a lot of places close by, although the traffic just outside can be a mess, but im assuming that cause of the construction work. Rooms are very spacious and well planned. Toiletries are good quality Gym is good, well equipped and well maintained. They have a squash court, sadly I never got the time to play Sachin from house keeping was great. Cons: Below average service at the time of checking in.. checking out was better. The lobby security in the night tried to stop me from entering, ran after me, stopped me and questioned me. Was a little off putting. Not a big problem but its a Non smoking hotel.. which makes life difficult if you need an early morning cigarette. Swimming pool is a lot smaller than you'd expect and Access to the pool is through the restaurant, which is a little wried.
