“Average but well intentioned”
Plus point is thier location, good staff, but need to work really hard to take things a notch higher. Am sure it will get there with loads of effort, which can be seen. “Good Room Service”
Staff is cooperative, but the rooms are not maintained properly. There is a peculiar stench in the rooms. The air conditioner of the rooms stops working in the middle of night. There are few advantages: budget stay + proximity to Golden Temple.

“Right next to the Golden Temple”
It's a great location. Right next to the Golden Temple. I wouldn't say it's great but acceptable. Breakfast was missed on first day. And we got an average breakfast the next day. For the price it's definitely worth the money.
