I would like to extend my heartiest thanks to Team ITC Rajputana for excellent guest experience. From Check in process to Check out process, team has shown exceptional great Hospitality. I would also to compliment chef's team for serving wow breakfast and Dinner. We had a wonderful stay at ITC Rajputana, Jaipur, and the entire experience was warm, comfortable, and memorable. A special thank you to **Naman, Assistant Manager – Housekeeping**, who went above and beyond to ensure our family had a comfortable stay. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made a real difference. I'd also like to appreciate the **Room Service team** for their prompt and thoughtful service. As we were travelling with our baby, they were always happy to arrange warm milk and a sterilising bottle whenever requested, which made our stay much easier and stress-free. The staff across the hotel were consistently courteous, helpful, and welcoming. The ambience of the hotel is beautiful, and the restaurant team provided exceptional service throughout our stay—they truly deserve 5 out of 5 for their hospitality. If I were to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast and dinner buffet. While the quality of the food was very good, I felt the variety was slightly limited compared to some other five-star hotels I've stayed at. I would rate the food 3.5/5 for variety, although the taste and service were excellent. Overall, the outstanding hospitality, attentive staff, and elegant atmosphere made this a fantastic experience. Thank you to the entire ITC Rajputana team for making our family trip so enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again.

ITC Rajputana I had a two-day stay at ITC Rajputana, and being someone who usually stays at ITC hotels in whatever city I go to, I had blind trust that everything would be fine. I had already exchanged emails and had conversations over the phone regarding my stay. Still, due to some misunderstanding, I was made to wait for 2 hours at the reception, which I don’t appreciate, as I joined Club ITC for privileges and not to wait. The problem was with the reservation team (as we were told). They had booked two rooms under my name. Miss Akansha was the one I spoke with and assured the check-in, but later she said she hadn’t assured it; it was only a probability. Anyways, we went out so as not to spoil our day and came back at 3 PM, when we finally got our room. During the whole situation, Miss Neha helped us and even came to the room to apologise, which I believe was a strong gesture. Even Mr. Rohit called to apologise for the whole chaos. However, the next two days went very well. We rejected the upgrade that we were entitled to through our membership because the only suite available was a smoking room, and we didn’t want that. So, we stuck with the Rajputana Royal Double, which itself is a beautiful and spacious room in the new building, with a huge washroom and a sitting area overlooking the Sheesh Mahal Bar and the pool. We were pleasantly surprised with a cake, thanks to the F&B team, especially Sandeep. The housekeeping staff were very kind and warm and even cleaned the room the next day while we were at breakfast. The best hours we spent were in the evening, enjoying impeccable cocktails by Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Ranjit. Overall, thanks to Mr. Shashi for an amazing time at the Sheesh Mahal. I have been to many restaurants and bars in several 5-star properties, but this was the most beautiful bar I have ever seen. The best thing is that there are two bars—one near the poolside—and guests can order and sit at either one. In fact, the whole property is massive and modern, with a touch of Rajasthani culture, art, and music, yet it is located right in the centre of the city. The evenings were made magical with the folk dancers’ performances and the artist playing the flute near the bar area. Breakfast was also extensive, and the best part was that there were two restaurants serving breakfast, which helped divide the crowd and created a calm dining experience. Again, the artist playing the flute was wonderful. Thanks to Naman Rai (Assistant Manager) for the customised pillows placed in our room. Overall, the experience was memorable, skipping the check-in part. If the staff outside the hotel were so kind and warm, why can’t the same be true for the front desk staff? I always say that the first impression of any luxury property is made by the welcome, hospitality, and check-in experience. That is what makes someone want to come back. So kindly work on that. Otherwise, the restaurant, bar, and housekeeping experience was great.
