We spent three nights at Sterling Mount Abu with our three young children and thoroughly enjoyed it. Check-in was smooth and on time, the rooms were a decent, comfortable size for a family, and the property is well-suited to families. It made an ideal base for exploring Mount Abu — Dilwara temples, Guru Shikhar, Achalgarh, Toad Rock, and Nakki Lake were all within easy reach. After busy sightseeing days it was a genuine pleasure to come back and unwind. The property and gardens are really well maintained, and the play area was a lovely bonus that the kids enjoyed. The food was a real strength. Both dinners and breakfasts offered plenty of variety and were consistently delicious, and the team happily prepared meals for our infant on request — something we deeply appreciated as parents of a little one. We also spent good time at the pool; there were swim tubes/rings for adults (though not child-sized ones, so do carry your own for little ones), and a pool attendant on duty, present on and off rather than constantly. We picked up some swimwear on site too. The staff truly stood out for their honesty and care. On our first evening my wife accidentally left her purse behind at dinner, and the next day it was returned to us exactly as it was, untouched — a genuinely reassuring thing to experience as a family, and something we won't forget. Throughout the stay the team were warm and accommodating with the children. One small note for honesty's sake: on our first morning the pool needed cleaning when we arrived, but the staff attended to it promptly and once done it was lovely, and we spent plenty of happy hours there afterward. It was a minor hiccup in an otherwise very well-kept property. The location is peaceful and the surrounding drives are beautiful — we even spotted wildlife on the road one night, which was a thrill. We left relaxed and well looked after, and would gladly recommend Sterling Mount Abu to other families.

Special thanks to the reception staff, restaurant team, Chef Paresh, and Nishant from the live counter for their warm hospitality and wonderful interaction. The food was amazing and the whole trip was full of fun and great memories. Only downside was that the rooms had a slight smell, but apart from that everything was great. Overall, a lovely experience!
