“Heritage at best…”
The place itself is heritage. Its actually inside the city palace itself. You will definitely feel the warmth of the staff. “Lovely stay”
We have great service during our stay. It was but warm, friendly and attentive. The waiters in both the restaurant and by pool were great. Soholal was a great waiter during our breakfast service. “Shiv Nivas Restaurant.”
Absolutely loved the experience. Sohanlal sir made sure we always had our tummies full with the best food. It was the best part of our day. 10/10 recommend.

“The service of this exceptionally beautiful Palace makes this place enjoyable. The bedrooms could do with updating.”
Stayed for the start of our holiday - the breakfast delicious especially the buffet - the staff Lalu Ram & Banlal Sapolia exceptional sincere and kind service. The other staff in particular Pushkar Lal & Verram Lal were extremely helpful and so welcoming.

“Great location and wonderful heritage place.”
Great location , excited as it is the Royal residence still . A little dated but that gives it the charm of staying at a Palace . On the Lake Pichola with a private balcony . Food can be better , especially breakfast.
