Very good experience right from check in and our stay with family. Activity center in charge Jaya was doing a great job pleasing all the customers.So also a special mention to be made for Mr Ravi ,House Keeping in charge who was doing an excellent service.

Cozy rooms with relaxed stay Enjoyed the 10 degree night stay. been to ooty after so long and lovely and peaceful stay. Morning breakfast was simple and great on the buds. Could have made the lunch a bit south indian friendly otherwise a great stay.
